Wonder how it is like?
Play14 is an unconference, that means that the exact program will be created and facilitated by attendees. Anyone can suggest a game to play. Common themes are people motivation, self-organization or process inefficiency. For total beginners, we will run a separate track in parallel curated and facilitated by organisers.
Games are more fun when you play it with friends. We aim to create a spirit where you will feel like it. An informal atmosphere, lots of laugh driven by frequent ice breakers, eating together and safe space created by open space format help us.
Friday
We will start in the evening. We will learn to know each other and share a nice dinner all together.

Who participates?
Play14 is for playful, creative people who are passionate about change. We welcome those who want to exchange questions, ideas and experiences on using games in teams and organizations!
Play14 provides an open playground to inspire each other and to learn how using serious games can help us achieve our goals.
You may be a coach, trainer, Scrum Master, team lead, someone from HR, engineer, an astronaut or just someone curious about what all the fuss is about.
